2010 NC Chapter AFCEA Scholarship Winners!

The NC Chapter of AFCEA was pleased to announce and award eleven deserving students this year with scholarships totaling $30,000 dollars. The students were very competitive this year and we look forward to next years submissions. A special thanks to guest speaker Colonel Charles A. Dunn II, Commander of the 43rd Mission Support Group, Pope AFB.

Scholarships and Grants Programs

Several scholarships up to the amount of about $3000 each will be awarded to applicants who are residents of these North Carolina counties near Ft. Bragg and Pope AFB: Cumberland, Moore, Harnett, Sampson, Bladen, Robeson, Hoke, Scotland, Richmond, Montgomery, or Lee counties.

Education Grant Program (NEW!)

The North Carolina chapter of AFCEA is announcing the Education Grant Program targeted to the continuing education of Active Duty Members of the armed forces in this area. Members of the NC Chapter of AFCEA may receive up to $200 for "out of pocket" costs of a course in an accredited degree program. The application is available below.
